• Neo-French — hip roofs, quoins, mansard.

• Neo-Colonial — boxy, door surrounds that pick up some of the C olonial characteristics.

• Neo-Tudor — fake half timbering, steep gables.

• Neo-Mediterranean, Spanish, Mission, Italian Renaissance — Stucco, arches, towers.

• Neo-Classical Revival — portico with classical columns, one- and two-story.

• Neo-Victorian — Decorative porches, towers and decorative trim work and railings.
