Brian and Jennifer credit Bald Head Island Limited for creating such a rare paradise. "The developer has done an unbelievable job of saving the integrity of the island," said Jennifer, "and it's dear they've gone to a lot of trouble to do that. You just don't see many developers who so painstakingly do things right"

Apparently, the vision for Cape Fear Station has become a reality. And for the Horrigans and their like-minded island neighbors, it can only be described as a dream come true.
